The test system (equipment) is developed specifically for automotive (traditional and new energy vehicles) electronic control unit testing applications. The system is automated, modular and standardized design, easy to configure/build, easy to expand/upgrade and easy to save/reuse. In response to the problems faced by component manufacturers, HMEV has developed the system to meet the needs of customers for functional and performance testing in the development stage of electronic control unit (ECU), performance and durability testing in the verification stage (DV/PV) and product off-line testing.

The system is automated, modular and standardized design, easy to configure/build, easy to expand/upgrade and easy to save/reuse. In response to the  problems faced by component manufacturers, HMEV has developed the system to meet the needs of customers for functional and performance testing in the development stage of  electronic control unit (ECU), performance and durability testing   in the verification stage (DV/PV) and product off-line testing. Through simulating various digital signals, analog signals, frequency signals, bus signals and various electrical loads on the   car, HMEV test system provides a simulated working environment for the ECU, and can automatically monitor and record test data   for a long time on multiple test prototypes at the same time for  engineers' analysis. The application of HMEV's test system has  been extended from the automotive field to many electronic control test fields such as aerospace.

The test bench can test different DUT by changing the configurable fixture, loadbox and harness


OPTIMIZATION AND LOW COST

Benefiting from the platform and modular design concept, most of the standard modules can be reused   after the test to optimize the use of resources. A new product test can be completed by building only a new load box and harness, so it is very low cost to build a new product test system.


FAST SETUP

Also benefiting from the platform and modular design concept, load cells, harnesses and test scripts can  be developed simultaneously after the product's peripheral loads have been determined. can be developed simultaneously after the product's peripheral load has been determined. The biggest advantage from the system is the graphical test script editing based on the operation steps, which can significantly reduce the development time of the test software.
